Spring is a month of Kapha in Ayurveda, that means earth and water which is moist, damp and cool. This sequence aims to balance that with some gentle warming, energising and lightening postures, pranayama and visualisations. This sequence will help you beat the late winter blues, refresh your body and motivate your mind ready for Spring!
