This week is a nice Yang to Yin sequence to give you a little of what you need, whether it be heat and movement or calm and stillness. The first part of the class is warming and has pranayama to reflect this. The second half is long hold hip openers to sooth tight tissues and help you completely unwind, with some pranayama to reflect this!
