Week 5: March 31st Spring Equinox Flow

Session information

As we have just passed Spring Equinox, I thought a relaxing and balancing sequence would help us transition to the new season. We balance the Ha and the Tha or the sun and the moon. It’s a good time of year to gently warm but to keep things relaxed. With this in mind, we increase our subtle awareness in this sequence, searching for a deeper connection to the body and therefore the present moment. We explore being a plant and how it might feel to be little less active and a little more passive. Enjoy this energising and refreshing sequence with a detailed dive into supported headstand.

  1. hi Alexa, perfect timing:) I’ve been having trouble with my tight left psoas. Its been playing up a little after sitting too many hours at the studio bench in early summer .
