Session information
As we pass the Autumn Equinox this is a celebration of balance and transition into a new season and cooler temperatures. We do the alignment Kriya we did last week and some deep opening of the legs and hips. We observe the body in more depth and enjoy letting go of some of the busyness of Summer and start to slow down and relax. This sequence has some challenging poses but we approach them in a gentle way, with patience and calm. Enjoy freeing the body of tension and encouring the mind to be clearer and calmer ready for fall.

hi Alexa, perfect timing:) I’ve been having trouble with my tight left psoas. Its been playing up a little after sitting too many hours at the studio bench in early summer .
