Week 3: October 20th Shakti Functional Shoulder Flow

Session information

This week we explore the complex joint of the shoulder. With a blend of strength and mobility work, your shoulders will feel amazing afterwards! Our modern lives tend to shorted the muscles in the chest and front of the shoulder so this sequence aims to create space in this area along with opening the neck, upper back and rotator cuffs. Enjoy Sukha for the shoulders and a little more space in the mind too. (By the way I had to leave this picture up ’cause it made me laugh!).
