Session information
Following on from last weeks’ stress busting moon sequence, we do a part two this week with a few differences. We work towards a pose that opens us in all directions. It’s a somatic sequence to help you connect more deeply with your body, a more gentle approach to creating space, and building strength. We work on the deep connection between brain and body, helping us explore subtle sensations, and letting go of stress through visualisation and relationship rather tham force or control. It feels so good!
