Yoga Mondays: pre-recorded weekly

Every Monday, a new yoga video will be available with a different theme and practice that can be carried out in the comfort of your own home or at your preferred location, at your convenience. Each week, I will compile a new sequence, structured around the latest findings in anatomy and philosophy. I keenly follow the new studies on Yoga through neuroscience and anatomy, and am excited to share this knowledge with fun and accessible poses and sequences. It will also be possible to comment on these sequences, so that any questions, experiences, and feedback can be shared in the wider group. Plus, you will have the opportunity to speak to me on a 1-2-1 basis, where I can help you personally with your Yoga experience.

Also offered with this membership is a 6-month back catalogue.

  1. Hi Alexa. I´´ve not done one of your lovely sessions for a while, what a fool! forgot just how lovely and energising they are. Im back on board for 2024!!´saraxxxx

    1. My sweet! How are you? Hope you’re managing some of the creative flows 🙂 xxx

  2. I did better sleep sequence at 2am UK time, and I cried at the end of the video, imagining these nature images, the trees and the perfect temperature, thinking only of one thing: hometown when i was little, and it doesn’t exist anymore. So much trauma, fragmentary life
