Week 3: November 17th Myofascia Hips

Session information

This sequence focuses on the tissue around the hips, helping us to unravel tension and stress in this dense area. It’s fairly chilled and slow, a great way to start or indeed end the day. We stir the fascia in the fronts and backs of the hips, allowing the spine more space, the pelvis more flow, and the mind more calm. Enjoy this fun and educational class.
