Yoga Mondays membership
Alexa Garside Yoga Mondays membership entitles you to full access to the Yoga Mondays pre-recorded classes. Included in this membership is a 6-month back catalogue, where each video is available for online viewing or download through your membership dashboard. These are not live classes, so you are free to complete each video at your convenience.
There are various memberships to choose from to suit your fitness needs and for those looking for class variety. Once enrolled, you can fully manage your membership through your member’s dashboard. These memberships are paid on a rolling, monthly, contract-free basis.

This single-person membership entitles the enrolled member to full access to the Yoga Mondays pre-recorded classes and includes 1 individual membership license.

This business membership entitles up to 25 employees full access to the Yoga Mondays pre-recorded classes and includes 1 business membership license.
Equivalent to £3 per person.
