This practice helps us to observe obstructions we might be encountering on our path. We use Ganesh Mudra to help us relieve stress, clear our vision and feel stronger and more courageous. There is a warm up Vinyasa with pranams in all directions to be aware of our space, Uddiyana Band practice to help improve lung and digestive function while activating the flying upward lock and our deep belly muscles. They we enjoy some core work, subtle awareness meditations in poses and finally play with some balancing. It’s a well crafted sequence that will leave you feeling deeply connected to yourself and able to overcome any obstacles in your way.
